Its magnificent location in the center of the settlement makes it a neighborhood every resident or visitor must visit sooner or later. It’s also known as the distillery district, where the coveted “milkawisky” is made. The old shops that stood in the area have been converted into various entertainment venues where you can find dancing, magic, singing, and more, all with a highly erotic content, where every customer can indulge their most intimate and dark secrets. Here you can make your dreams come true at a reasonable price, but you should be aware that not everything is as it seems.
Masca
The neighborhood is run by one of the settlement’s most respected businessmen, a mutated dwarf known as Tolouse Cutré. He is said to have certain powers and to be able to discern your deepest perversions with a single glance.
Other personalities
Pamela O’sullivan: The younger sister of the famous Baroness Samanthia, she works at the Gran Can Can where she is known for both her angelic voice and her striking green eyes, without underestimating her voluptuous figure, which means, and to put it mildly, she is hot as hell.
Red Bull Spencer: He could be considered Tolouse Cutré’s private thug/bodyguard, although his responsibilities go beyond that, as he’s the one in charge of keeping things in order when things get out of hand. He looks like a big, muscular hulk with reddish skin and hands capable of crushing the toughest of skulls. His past as a pit fighter makes him a legend.
Anselmo Hierbagüena: A great master blender, he was the discoverer of Milkawisky and Pachamasca. He is a highly respected man in the neighborhood, although he looks like a junkie. He has very pale skin and a skinny body. He works and lives at the distillery.
Gerda Muller: Owner of “El purgatorio” a famous establishment in the Red Light District of Merkadome is a complete mystery, nothing is known about her but she knows about everyone. She has a sweet and charming appearance, undoubtedly very attractive, she likes to dress well and take care of her image.

The Distillery: From the remains of an old craft brewery, scrap metal workers have constructed a series of stills and machines capable of operating at full capacity even when the power supply fails. Their gears, plates, and rivets must be constantly repaired, as without Milkawisky production, the settlement would be a hotbed of riots. The famous Milkawisky is a hallucinogenic drink derived from the fermentation of hippocalypse milk, and its derivative, “pachamaska,” is made from the leftover paste from said fermentation.
The Gran Can Can: Located in what appears to have been an old “Buguer K” or something similar, with several floors, its ample space, especially its interior courtyard, has been used as a large performance hall. Here, the most eccentric, the most outrageous, and the craziest performances have their place. It’s also the home of Tolouse Cutré, the neighborhood leader and the highest authority in the world of entertainment.

Dolly’s Pet Shop: Taking advantage of the old facilities of what was one of the largest pet store franchises of the past, everything has been restructured and adapted to house the most colorful, varied and exotic brothel in the entire settlement, where in its windows you can see from the human version of the mongolongo to the most delicate courtesan, passing through an infinity of mutards/as with multiple attributes capable of satisfying the most refined or barbaric of customers. Here any fantasy can come true as long as you have enough bullets to pay for it.
Madame Colette’s Costume House: If you want to blend in and blend in, you’ll have to let your imagination run wild and dress as extravagantly as possible. Here you’ll find authentic eccentricities from the world of yesteryear.
